ADAMA KOHINOR 200 SL INSECTICIDE AFICIDA BASED ON IMIDACLOPRID 17,1 (200G/L) LT.
Systemic insecticide, acts on the most important phytophagous insects with mouthparts
stinging-sucking and mouthparts. Has a high
systems acropeta and after the application is translocated xilematica
(ascending), and can, from the roots through the stem to reach the leaves.
It is constantly conveyed to the interior of the plant towards the young
the leaves and those in course of formation, while maintaining a concentration sufficiently
high to carry out its insecticide action. The mechanism of action is
based on the fact that the active ingredient binds permanently with a receptor,
protein specific of the membrane of the nerve cells, thus preventing the entrance
of acetylcholine (the transmitter of the natural nerve impulses).
Not being degraded by the enzyme acetylcholinesterase, the action of the
active ingredient destroys the nervous system of insects causing death.
